America Has Spoken (Dear Murica Pt 1 of 3)
The results are in and looking at the aftershock of a Trump win, America is officially a house divided.
I have no political affiliations. I am simply a citizen of this beautiful country. When I say beautiful, I speak of the amazing citizens living here, the beautiful landscape spanning 5,100 miles from Maine to Hawaii(yea we own that water), and the ultimate melting pot that is a cauldron filled with spices from around the world. Many may want to pack up and head elsewhere to start a new life away from all of this beauty. However, the likelihood of millions of sheep living in the USA heading out on a journey without a shepherd is just not likely. First and foremost they currently have no shepherd, or at least don’t want to claim their shepherd. Yes America, you have voted Donald Trump to be your shepherd.
…you do still have choices though.
You can submit and blindly follow your shepherd as most sheep do, or you could transform yourselves into thinking, breathing, balanced creatures. The “Good Wolf’ comes to mind. The truth is many malicious wolves helped elect the new shepherd in hopes he would lead some of his sheep to slaughter. Playing right into the hands of hate. As sheep you must realize your life has always been at stake. You must hear the shepherd but make your own decisions. If you feel the shepherd does not have your best interest in mind then you must act on your own accord. Free yourself and live a purpose filled life. The beauty of the US is that it is the land of the free. Not all are free but those that choose it shall be free even at the cost of life.
The people we place on the pedestal of leadership have two choices: Rise to the occasion or fall into the pits of false “idol-hood”. Trump spoke on many issues and to many groups of people, but it’s his actions that will define his legacy as the 45th president of the United States. He has taken absolute viewpoints on topics that upset many in the US but also woke the conservative base from their slumber. I have nothing personal against Donald Trump as long he has nothing against my kind and me. If the day ever comes that he acts against me or my people then that shall serve as his declaration of war. After any president comes into office, I consider the campaign slate clean, because I’m a true believer in fresh starts and because any president that has ever delivered on all his campaign promises is a rare beast, even Obama didn’t live up to all his promises. Promises and campaign slogans are real up until the day of the election, and then all those things they said to get your vote go out the window.
Currently, I believe it is my duty to pray for strength and guidance for the American people. We have the responsibility to join together and take America into a new age of glory. One President, one man, never changed the course of my life, and that it probably won’t start happening now with Trump. Determination, vision, and tenacity have made me a force to be reckoned with, a force too difficult to slow down or redirect. I ask the people of America to be that force for the good of all. What do I ask of the President? I simply ask that he lead the country with an open mind and a good heart: Mr. Trump, always remember, you are now representing the good, the bad, and the ugly that make up this country. You represent America as a whole. America is not just red, white and blue; we are a damn rainbow when we really take a good look at the color spectrum.
America and its promise of opportunity has been the gold standard for many years even when we haven’t been deserving of it. The world looks to us with criticism now, but that’s because they used to look to us for hope. We must rise and represent the standard that we seek to be associated with. The world will no longer allow us to parade as the superpower without the backing of values driven by action and change.
The role of the English Monarchy was once described as “God’s sacred mission to grace and dignify the earth. To give ordinary people an ideal to strive towards, an example of nobility and duty to raise them in their wretched lives. The Monarchy is a calling from God. That is why their crowned in an abbey not a government building, that is why their anointed not appointed. It’s an archbishop that puts the crown on their head not a government official. Which means that their answerable to God in their duty, not the public.” It is the highest standard of living but sadly not attainable for the average English Joe. Though we no longer deserve it, America is still the world’s standard in my eyes and in many around the world (thanks mainly to our culture and not our government). Donald you have showed the people the unattainable goal is truly attainable. That speaks volumes to our citizens. Using this opportunity to build something greater would truly surprise your doubters. I might be dreaming but I think with the right cabinet and the right mindset… it can be done. No more of that shock and awe shit! You will be in my prayers.
America let’s set the bar higher than ever. We may be a house divided currently, but remember: united we stand, divided we fall. Best believe there are many that want to see us fall. Until Next time keep it LYM.
P.S. Mr Trump, if you ever seek guidance from unbiased millenials LYMLife Inc is always available. Have your people email me at joshua@lymlife.com I have a plethora of ideas for unifying this great nation. Oh and Good Luck Sir! God Bless the United States of America.
